About Us...
Our business was started in 1975 in South Wales by Brian Lakin, who started by manufacturing and selling just three ranges of customised kitchens (hence the '3' in our name) with an emphasis on quality craftsmanship.
The business quickly expanded in the number of ranges offered and also turnover, adding bedrooms around 20 years ago. Today we are one of the largest manufacturers and suppliers of kitchens and bedrooms in the UK, with one of the most innovative and modern factories for fitted furniture in the country.
We now have 8 retail showrooms and believe we offer one of the best value for money ranges of both kitchens and bedrooms available on the High Street today. Continuously developing new and innovative products, many of our new ranges are design protected and you simply won't find them anywhere else.

We were the first company to achieve Level 3 accreditation of the Green Dragon Environmental Standard. This involved being assessed on a whole range of activities and their environmental impact, such as use and disposal of paper, plastics and packaging.
In 2002, all the waste we produced went into a landfill. By 2007, we were recycling 90% of it, despite an increase in production over the same period of almost 100%.
We use raw materials as efficiently as possible - the wood, paper and cardboard used is from sustainably managed forests to minimise the use of natural resources. Any wood based waste generated is then recycled, as are the vast majority of plastics. MFC board is a major component in the manufacture of kitchen furniture and we always use one that complies to the Quality Management System ISO 9000:2000, to ensure that it is an environmentally friendly alternative to imported hardwood. Also, the MFC products used are manufactured under the FSC chain of custody accreditation that the wood used is sourced from well managed sustainable forests.
We are also a certified member of the WEEE Distributor Take Back Scheme which is an appliance recycling so that we can take your old appliances and dispose of them ethically.
