Architectural Design
Our architectural and structural designers will visit you, free of charge, to initiate the first steps towards the planning process of the work, including any necessary drawings. They will discuss with you any ideas you may have and, where possible, provide suggestions to ensure you're getting the best possible outcome and that any work carried out will be approved by your local council. Based on the scope of work, you will receive a quote for the any work, in full, with no hidden charges. We believe in being straight to the point with every job we quote.
The planning designer will survey and take various required measurements of your home and will render a design based on your previously discussed requirements. This, first and foremost, will need to be approved by you and then submitted to your local planning authority. The planning designer will oversee the entire approval process, answering any council queries and making adjustments as they see fit, keeping you up-to-date every step of the way. Depending on your local planning authority, the planning designer may need to revisit you to make adjustments to your designs for your building project to ensure they comply with your local council's rules and regulations.
