I recently visited Beacon Electrical to check out the prices on fridges. Not the most expensive item I know but was greeted by a gent called Mark. He listened to what I wanted and within minutes was showing me the Fridge I needed. I even purchased an extended warranty, the details and policy document being emailed to me within days. At no point did I feel under pressure to buy and Id to thank Mark and Beacon for a very pleasant shopping experience. Highly recommend!
Website not up to date...........lazy or trying to reel you in?
At 11am, I browsed the website and saw they had 4 in number of the vacuum cleaner I wanted. I could have gone all the way through their website and paid without knowing any difference. At 1300, I was in the store being told they didnt have any in stock.........wasted journey and wasted my time. The excuse was it shows the stock we have ordered as in-stock...............how come your site now says they are all out of stock? Thanks for wasting my time.
