Bad calls

Had my repeat script changed by valance medical centre 6 months ago from 300 tests strips per visit then balance shortened to 200 last week reduced further to 100 this means I now have to put scripts in every 2 weeks in these times it's ridiculous the balance medical centre have never seen me and shouldn't be changing my script without letting me know put in numerous complaints just get receptionist telling me I am wrong when I am reading from repeat script
