Terrible Company Stay Away if you don't want stress

Booked a car online on tuesday 24th Aug 2021 and got the Confirmation with Confirmation Number 1629391210. with a message Thanks SUBASCHANDRA! We look forward to seeing you on 25 August 2021. Next day got a call from Hawkins Road Enterprise saying all the car are booked till Friday and I will get a Refund which I am still waiting everyday checking my credit card for £146.52. With their poor management and incompetent staff, they can't provide me the service but at least face the fact and return customer money. Its 14 September today still no money return, never reply the emails, don't even bother to pick up the phone. Totally unprofessional individual working there. I am not even sure if I get my money back unless some employee from Enterprise see this and react. Not to mention money,total waste of time and mood. Coz I am in armed force I am outside UK. Next time when I come to UK , I might have to go to Hawkins Road, Colchester to get my money with the proof of screenshots.

Terrible customer service

Such a let down. Booked a car online and at 8am (the time of pick up) get a call saying the car will be available 4 hrs later. I've missed a day of an important course I flew in for form another country. This is ridiculous, as they charged my card, and didn't provide a car. They had alternative options but wanted me to pay for a premium upgrade. So they HAD cars, but didn't give it to the customer! Blamed an online booking system instead, saying it can't judge the exact time the car will be available. Very poor service, no skills at all on how to talk to customers or provide the service they charged for
