Windsor Head are a firm of dedicated accountants and business advisors. Our aim is to assist your business to succeed by allowing your time spent in promoting the business, whilst we assist in the back office with the accounting requirements and management information.
We are registered practicing members with the Association of International Accountants, Institute of Financial Accountants and Association of Accounting Technicians.
We are also a member of the Chartered Management Institute.
OUR MAIN ACTIVITIES:
Business start ups whether in the UK or foreign business wishing to set up an operation in the UK. All paperwork from forming a limited company to applying for the necessary registrations with HM Customs & Excise included
Ensuring the accounting duties undertaken meet your business needs and the Inland Revenue standards
Company secretarial duties undertaken to ensure all statutory regulations are complied with
Management reports prepared on a monthly, quarterly basis depending on your needs with comments on the results.
If the business already has accounting staff to work with them to enhance the work flow
Cash management of the business to ensure the business is able to work effectively on a weekly and monthly basis
Preparation of partnership annual accounts and completion of the partnership income tax return online.
Preparation of sole trader's annual accounts and competion of their income tax return.
ANCILLARY ACTIVITIES:
Preparation of the payroll, completion of the annual P35, submitting online to the Inland Revenue and issuing of employees P60's
Preparation of the annual employees P11D (benefits in kind) submission online to the Inland Revenue and the distribution to the employees
Preparation of quarterly VAT returns and submission online
Install accounting software and train staff if required
Preparation of annual budgets and cash flow statements
To assist in obtaining working capital funds from lenders
Preparation and submission online of income tax returns
OUR FEES:
Monthly retainer
Based on hours worked
All disbursements are repaid.
