We are PCA (property care association) registered independent surveyors who are not tied to any remedial companies.
We carry out damp and timber surveys for; homeowners,landlords,tenants as well as reports that have been requested by your mortgage company.
Following our survey we will provide a report on the causes of the defects and any required remedial works that may be required.

We are entirely independent qualified surveyors whose aim and interest is to establish the cause of dampness and timber defects in properties, also recommending the types of treatment required to solve these problems. We are qualified building surveyors with the CSRT qualification (certified surveyors in remedial treatment) and members of the property care association (PCA).
