On 1st October, 1971 Terry Brannen became a partner with Weir & Webb, Chartered Surveyors at 37 Park View, Whitley Bay; and from that time became responsible for the Property Management Department. The business continued to prosper, and in February, 1988 was purchased by Prudential Property Services, who transferred into new premises in Portland Terrace, Jesmond, Where they continued to operate until December, 1990 when the Property Management Section was sold back to Terry Brannen. Terry Brannen is himself a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors; thereby safeguarding all clients' monies by the fact that each year a Certificate, signed by a chartered accountant, has to be submitted to the R.I.C.S. confirming that all financial transactions on behalf of clients have been carried out correctly - the Chartered Surveyors logo is your Guarantee of a first class service in all respects.
