Here at Signs 2 Signs we have been producing quality 3D Built up acrylic letters for over a decade. With this wealth of experience and together with state of art machinery and fully trained operators and fabricators we are able to make 3d acrylic letters in all shape and sizes. We use well known acrylic brands including Perspex, Polycril, Repso and Plexiglas.
Built Up Letters can be made to your spec which include:

Built up 100mm returns for internal illumination (led’s neon)
Built up and pushed through a sign tray (illuminated with fluorescent tubes)

Equipped with two of the latest large format cnc routers we are able to offer outstanding levels of service and quality at no extra cost. We can offer flat cut letters and logo from a range of materials including:
Foamex, Acrylic, Mdf, Aluminium Composite
Our letters can be supplied with a range of fitting including: Acrylic Locator's (10 year guarantee), Brass Locator's, Vhb Tape, Threaded Studs and Vinyl Stencils. And you can rest assured our computer drawn layouts fit a treat!

Signs 2 Signs have been manufacturing Aluminium Composite Sign trays since the beginning! These trays can be made in many ways including:
Folded Composite Tray, Cnc cut folded Trays, Backed off with Acrylic, Built up Letters pushed through 50-100mm, Inlaid Acrylic Letters 5-10mm thick, With or Without back Trays and Illumination.
Our Aluminium Composite Signs Trays are made using the latest large format CnC Routers to enable a clean and precise cut and fold every time!
