I was referred to Tayross for a Building Survey by a friend who had used them four times in the past. He said the quality and completeness was at a high standard and that the surveys had stopped him from buying properties with big problems. So I engaged with Tayross and could not believe the level of detail and the amount of helpful hints and tips included. It really helped me and my wife make the decision to purchase the property. Since moving in we've had contractors in fixing various items identified by Tayross and each one has been genuinely impressed with the survey and all of them have taken Tayross contact details. Structural Building Survey in Walmer, Kent

We have nothing but praise for Carl's experience and extensive knowledge - his inspection visit to a new-build in Walmer, Kent, found many a glitch including one major item that made us think again about buying the property. Carl gave us a really detailed report, as well as immediate verbal feedback on what we had originally thought (and what to us superficially looked) a super house. Sadly, the builder had cut many corners. Tayross Associates more than earned their fee.

Carl has helped me complete my building project with difficult neighbours in a very efficient and professional manner. When I first embarked on my home extension i like many didn't have a clue what a party wall surveyor does or why they are necessarily. Carl took his time to explain everything in a simple but detailed way. His reports/contracts are very easy to read and more importantly to the point.

As Bank Manager for many years and now an IFA, I have seen hundreds of survey reports, full of jargon without any clear explanations, where as yours is brilliant and each photo is even labelled highlighting potential problems. It is clear , concise and explains in simple terms both the risks of purchase and the costs to account for in dealing with these issues.
