Tried to make an appointment

You will be losing business! I wanted to get my hair cut, but the internet only leads me to the phone number 865187 and the automatic reply tells me to book on line with a web address www.villagebarber.???. I couldn't make out the third part of the address, which was unfamiliar and spoken unintelligibly. Why isn't this web address on the website? I used to be able just to walk into your premises, but my way is now blocked by a QR code, which would probably have led me to the same website (I didn't try it because I didn't have a mobile phone.)
