Absolutely disgraceful! Booked in advance online and then phoned to confirm. At time of booking no taxi had arrived so called was reassured should only be 15 mins or so late and that they would ring me. After 30 mins I get an email saying the taxi is cancelled. They lied made me wait 30 and left a single woman stranded in the middle of the night with no way of getting home
