We offer Hackney Taxi services always you to flag of any of our cars down to save call and booking. All our drivers adhere to all local council governing and have full DBS checks to allow you to be sure that your friendly is fully insured and everyone is happy with our service. All vehicles that we have are wheelchair friendly so any car that you need you can grab and be sure that is usable by you.

Booked 17.4.23 by text making it clear it was for a hospital appointment in Stafford 8-30 AM on 28.4.23.Clear agreement to do the job. .Checked by text 2 days before.No reply .Called 3 times and text and whats app twice day before .That evening asked them to tell me if for any reason they were now unable to attend so I could make another arrangement. No reply . Waited 30 minutes for them (7AM to 7-30AM) No show .Had to beg a lift elsewhere .I just made appointment with 5 minutes to spare .Text asking if any reason (to be fair ) no reply 10 hours later
