We have challenged hundreds of police records cases and successfully overturned and had deleted hundreds of police cautions, community resolutions, arrest records, PNDs and youth reprimands and warnings (now called youth cautions), and local records.
In addition to applying for the deletion of police records we are also expert in dealing with all issues related to criminal records and the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
We are frequently asked to challenge disclosures on DBS certificates and to appeal DBS barring decisions. For businesses we are able to help draft employment policies that are in compliance with rehabilitation laws
We are also specialise in the defence of disciplinary proceedings, usually stemming from criminal allegations. Often in disciplinary cases it is possible to head off a full scale investigation, and sanctions, by taking decisive action at an early stage.
