We provide two distinct services:
1. Full Management: We set up the apartment (if required) and market and fully manage all guest bookings and host services. We charge our management fee plus cost of cleaning, linen replenishment and toiletries. We then transfer the earnings to you at the end of each month. With this service it is a handsfree approach as we take care of the entire management of the apartment.
2. On Demand: You manage all guest bookings and we carry out guest meet and greet, hotel style cleaning, linen replenishment and maintenance services, as required. With this service you can focus on obtaining guest bookings and marketing your property. We take away the hassle of the day-to-day guest management and property maintenance so you can focus on increasing your revenue.
