About us

The Nancy Inn can be found in the Heart of the Village of Burton Pidsea, which lies 12 miles east of Hull between the villages of Lelley and Roos.
The former Blacksmith's shop retains both charm and character, still with its original forge and anvil. Following extensive refurbishment the Nancy now has a Bar, a Tea Room and an Ice Cream Parlour. All under one roof! Giving the Nancy a unique feel, providing something for everyone.
Truly a place to Eat, Drink and Relax.

Testimonials

' Lovely Homemade Food '

" My husband and I visited for lunch on a Friday lunchtime. There was good choice on the menu and the food was amazing. Really fresh ingredients and homemade. My husband had fish and chips and I had a prawn Marie rose sandwich - both were very tasty. Service was prompt and friendly. Our bill came to less than £20 including a couple of rounds of drinks. There was a nice covered area in the garden which would be great for a sunny day. Would definitely visit again. "

' First Class Food '

" Visited lunchtime today as a surprise Birthday lunch for my Dad. The pub has recently been refurbished and it looks lovely. Friendly and welcoming. We had ploughmans and fish & chips, both were outstanding. Thank you to all concerned, we had a lovely time and will definitely be visiting again. "

' What a fantastic place '

" Birthday celebration lunch for mother in law, what can I say this place is amazing, the staff could not do enough to help, a young gent in particular was brilliant, helpful, courteous, with a good sense of humour, and the food, very well prepared and presented. We had the afternoon tea and there was enough to satisfy anybody's hunger so very good value as well. First visit but certainly will not be the last. Brilliant. "
